Mid Product with Garbage Instructions

The only reason this has two stars instead of one is that the device is technically working, for now.

To start, the RGB lights shouldn't be pulsing. they should be a solid color or off upon the mouse being plugged in.

Second, to make it stop pulsing, so it doesn't distract me from my game and give me a headache, should be a BUTTON ON THE DEVICE, not software I have search for online, then download.

Third, the actual instruction booklet is GARBAGE. For example, Lighting 'Instructions' #3: "Lighting: Breathing, Rainbow, Full Lighted, Wave, Flash, OFF"
That's it. That's all the 'instructions' have to say about lighting. A list of the allegedly available lighting options with zero (0) associated buttons to access them doesn't count as instructions! The lighting 'instructions' fail to mention that to access lighting options, you have to find a download for the associated software. Emphasis on "find" because it doesn't list a URL, or even a model number.

The instructions say a lot about the competence of the company (or lack thereof), and the fact that a pretty key aspect of the mouse (its appearance) is only accessible via download from the website means that, if Redragon went bankrupt and closed tomorrow, all products like this would be borderline unusable for any who didn't get a copy of the program. Way to limit the user friendliness of your products. I've exclusively purchased Redragon gaming products in the past, but this will be the last.
