Need manual on yor web site

had issues with my 1st keyboard but after contacting customer support and getting a replacement ive not had any issues so far

I purchased this keyboard for under $70 with a discount code listed on the page, not really knowing what to expect. When it came in about 2 days later, I turned it on and it worked right away, but had some lag. So, I downloaded the software, which completely disabled the keyboard. In order to get it working again, I had to turn the keyboard off, restart my PC, and then turn it back on (in that order). This wasn't stated anywhere, and isn't a requirement for most keyboards, so I contacted customer support, who responded with the proper solution in the first message. Great job, customer support! Since I've got it running again, it works flawlessly with no lag. The switches aren't quite as nice as my Logitech that costed over twice as much, but they're solid for how cheap it is, and they're hot swappable with the tool included, covering any future upgrades you may or may not want. Overall, I think it's a fantastic keyboard for the price, and the software is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. If anyone at Redragon sees this, invest in your software, and you'll be blowing the other budget options out of the water. I thought this would have been a great keyboard, I was excited but the moment I took it out of the box and plugged it in, I was very underwhelmed with the whole experience. I wanted a mechanical keyboard that was full-size and didn’t need software to control the lights. (got that) But the lights are unusable in a room with the lights on, the only way to see them is to shut the lights off. The shape of the keys are really awkward. They’re too high and pointed, terrible. I should have guessed that because there wasn’t much information about this keyboard online it probably wasn’t going to be good. So if you like awkward positioning of the keys and dim lights then I say buy this KB if not there are better ones out there for this price point. Also the keycap/switch puller was broken so can’t really use that either.
The only good thing I can say about this is, I didn't pay full price and shipping was pretty fast, if you want to return it, you have to pay for shipping.
I started replace the switches and keycaps until I can find a better keyboard(don’t like the reds they’re to touchy, Needless to say I hate it.
