Q: How to join the program?

Q: Can I sign up for more than 1 account?
A: No. Only 1 account per person.
Q: How do Redragon track my affiliate sales?
A: We will provide you with a unique affiliate coupon code that you can use to refer traffic to Redragonshop.com. When a client uses a discount/coupon code on our website, we will check if the code is associated with you and credit you for this purchase.
The code can be applied at checkout or you could use this shareable link https://www.redragonshop.com/discount/nameof your code,For example, https://www.redragonshop.com/discount/michael (This discount will be automatically applied at checkout when customers use this link.)
Q: Can I get free products from Redragon if I am an affiliate?
A: We will consider sponsoring if you can make at least 6 affiliate sales.
Q: How much do Redragon affiliates earn?
A: 5%-10% from the total amount of the purchase— 5% for coupon and deal sites, and 10% for influencers.
Q: When will I get paid?
A: We will not pay you unless your affiliate sales reach a threshold of $10. If you fail to reach the threshold, your affiliate balance is carried over to the next month and added to the sales you make then. We pay affiliate sales by Paypal only. Please email support@redragonshop.com if you are qualified.
Q: Can I use my own code to place orders and earn commissions?
A: No, you are not allowed to use your own code to place orders and earn commissions. Any attempts to do so will result in your commission being voided, and you will be removed from the affiliate program.
Q: Can I run paid ads as a Redragon affiliate?
A: No. Affiliates are not allowed to use paid advertising to promote Redragon. This includes (but is not limited to) Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Display), Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, native ads, or any other paid placements.
Q: Can I bid on Redragon brand keywords or product names?
A: No. You may not bid on Redragon brand terms, product names, misspellings, or branded variations (e.g., “redragon”, “red dragon”, “redragon keyboard”, “redragonshop”, etc.).
Q: Can I send paid traffic directly to Redragon using my affiliate link?
A: No. You may not use affiliate tracking links (or any link containing aff= parameters) in paid ads, and you may not direct-link paid traffic to any Redragon page (including promo pages, product pages, cart, or checkout).
Q: Can I use Redragon’s brand name in ad copy or as my display URL?
A: No. You may not use Redragon branding in ad titles, ad copy, display URLs, or landing page URLs for any paid campaign.
Q: Are cashback sites, coupon browser extensions, or toolbars allowed?
A: No. Cashback, coupon/discount browser extensions, toolbars, and any technology that injects affiliate tracking, sets cookies, auto-applies codes, or triggers tracking on cart/checkout pages are not allowed.
Q: Can I run retargeting ads to Redragon visitors or customers?
A: No. Retargeting (including pixel-based retargeting) is not allowed.
Q: What promotion methods are allowed?
A: Organic promotion is allowed—such as reviews, videos, social posts, blogs, and community content—when you clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.
Q: What happens if I violate this policy?
A: We may withhold or reverse commissions, and your affiliate account may be suspended or removed.
