Just feels kinda cheapy for being ine of the more expensive keyboards, I have another redragon and that one was cheaper than this one, I had to buy another keyboard which happens to also be redragon and I love that new one

Lovely I love the noise of the switches and fits perfectly with my setup.
The label has no address on it, only my phone (mobile) number, I had to visist post office and to display my verification emails to recive the products.
The problem was that my address was written in Greek characters and probably the printer used to print-out the address does not recognised other char/s than latin and cource nobody warn me for this problem!!!

This keyboard is just top notch for your wallet. It has all the mechanical clicky sounds that we all love. It has LED that we can adjust brightness,colors and style of it. And dont even get me started on the volume button wait no i mean volume wheel, yes that right it has a volume wheel so it makes adjusting the volume so much better.
Ordered 3 open box mystery box items (2 sound and 1 keyboard typed boxes) and while you wont always get something you were looking for it is always at a discount even compared to the open box prices so as long as you aren't hunting for something specific it's good value. (received the Cove wireless numpad, Glyph GS517 and the Neo GS515)
The ones I recieved did have some light cosmetic scratches on the screen/rgb areas so they aren't in mint condition as a caveat.
Will say support are responsive and helpful, after getting through the support ai (which yikes on that one) because one of the speakers that showed up broke within a short time of using it (worked fine for a couple minutes so I don't blame the QA people for thinking it was fine) support did honor the warranty and offered multiple options for the broken item.
Got 2 boxes and both were worth it. I don't normally do this but figured what the heck. I'm glad I did. I'll try the keyboard box next time.
It works great as a keyboard despitet the limitation of key number and function keys being a multi-step process. The issues I have are sometimes the backlights just switch off and the app just does not work at all.

It works and sounds great! I do have a problem with the bluetooth connection. It some times disconnects and I can't reconnect it but I keep it plugged into my PC so I just have to switch it out of bluetooth mode.
I wanted to get this keyboard mainly for the sound of the keycaps, im not a super high technical guy so i just wanted somethign that sounds good to my ears and these fs deliver. Not only that they just feel good in general, really nice to click; a real dawg of a board.
A very well made gaming mouse by Red Dragon, that both looks beautiful, but is very functional and precise. A worthwhile purchase.
This mouse will connect to the computer but the REDRAGON software will not recognize it. It is a shame really because i actually like the feel and button placement.
I was finally sent to an actual person for support. Mike gave me the right link to the software for this mouse. It is a lot easier to program than the Impact M908 this mouse replaces. So thank you Mike.
As everyone talking about the RGB problem in reviews, I too have a problem with it. The bottom half of the keyboard is randomly flickering even if the LED's are turned off, which can be pretty distracting and annoying when playing games like CS2.
Otherwise I don't really have a problem with this keyboard, it's really good.
As everyone else my keyboard has some RGB problems, even when the keyboard's LED's are turned off the bottom half of the keyboard flickers. When I have the RGB turned on the bottom half sometimes just flickers random different lights.
The RGB bugging can sometimes be distracting when I am in some intense situations in games.
It is a shame, I do like this keyboard, it's a very good keyboard excluding the rgb problem.
1 star — Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with this keyboard. The G1–G5 keys are the largest and most conveniently placed keys on the entire keyboard, yet they cannot be properly remapped to other keys.
What is the point of having five large programmable-looking keys if you cannot assign basic functions to them? I wanted to assign Enter to G1, but the software simply says that the key cannot be remapped. I also tried the built-in macro/recording functions, but they do not solve the problem.
As a result, these keys are basically useless. They take up a significant amount of space and look like they are designed specifically for customization, but in reality their functionality is extremely limited.
This is especially frustrating because older versions of the K585 apparently allowed much more freedom with the G-keys. Why would a newer version remove such a basic and useful feature?
I would not recommend this keyboard. The G1–G5 keys are the main reason I bought it, and they turned out to be almost completely useless. Very disappointing product and a huge waste of what could have been an excellent design. 1 star.

Best mouse overall. The best specs for it’s value. Battery capacity is very ok because of the support which makes the mouse charge every time when you leave the mouse on it. THE BEST MOUSE! I really recommend this product! Congrats for the product!
i had a Onn from Walmart for 20$ just like this one but was 100 time better
sometime it just doesn't want to work sound is shit at least battery last long
