RGB is only lighting the qwerty row and randomly flashing the numbers row, no RGB software changes or physical key combinations will fix the issue. all other keys will not light up.
Muffin sits on my left rear surround just above my electric drum set. The stitching is perfect as are the colors. I may have to purchase another for the right rear surround to keep things balanced.
This is a really good mouse for anything!! You should consider getting this if you need a new mouse!!
I got this for gaming but now I just use this for my everyday life! It is really good! And it is sooooo customizable! It works for EVERYONE! You should consider getting this if you need a headset!
I bought this keyboard a month ago and been getting this RGB Flickering issue.
The Prism Pro is so light I thought Redragon shipped me an empty shell as a prank. Then I clicked it and the mouse basically told me ‘relax, I got you bruh.’ The sensor tracks like it’s trying to expose my bad aim, the glide is smoother than any redragon mouse I've ever tried. Did I mention the clicks are crisper than a fresh bag of Lay's nobody asked to share. This mouse had me bonkers on being 55grams of weight. If this mouse gets any lighter, I’m going to need to tie it down.
The keyboard is perfect. The sound is so smooth and it feels amazing to type on. Definitely recommend this keyboard for gaming and any other needs!

I have been using this mouse for almost a year, and my dad has been using it for something like 4 or 5 years I use it for gaming mainly Minecraft and I find the numbers very useful

Overall, this mouse and keyboard set is great for the everyday casual gamer. Has high customizability and functions with the associated software.
The keys have a nice, creamy sound to them and feel great material wise. The software that goes along with it looks a bit dated but has a range of customizable lighting and looks fit for your style. It also has a nice stand that doesn't feel too high for someone with small/medium hands. The board itself has a good weight so it doesn't slide around as you game.
For the mouse, the material feels okay. It has a medium weight to it but slides around well. I don't do a lot of competitive gaming so I haven't noticed any technical issues. Along with the keyboard, it has great customization for the lighting and additional mouse bindings.
I love that it's lightweight and the keys are satisfying and it's a great small size. I got it for my living room PC setup. My only complaint is it doesn't charge with my charger I had to use the included one and connected it to my PC, which is less ideal for my setup but not a reflection of the item's quality.
I use it wired and it handles both gaming and content creation beautifully 🌸 The compact key layout keeps my desk clean without sacrificing functionality and the dedicated knob control is such a nice touch for adjusting volume.
After spending so much time using smaller layouts, it's actually nice having all the extra keys back. The numpad and dedicated function keys make a bigger difference than I remembered.
The clean white and pink colorway is a nice bonus. It stands out while still fitting perfectly into my setup.
