1.How Do I Join It?
It’s free, easy and takes 19 seconds. (We timed it.) Create an account (or sign in if you already have one), then you will be enrolled in the rewards program automatically. Be sure to sign in when you make a purchase to receive your points! We can’t offer points for purchases made as a guest. And you can earn 200 points as a sign-up reward.
2. Can I Transfer Points Between Different Accounts?
Sorry, points cannot be transferred between different accounts. If you've created multiple accounts, you can earn points for any of them once you signed into your accounts but you can't transfer points between different accounts. Points required for tier also must be earned under the same account.
3.Does My Tier Level Expire?
Yes, tier expires. You need to earns enough points within a full calendar year to keep your VIP tier. For example, if you earns enough points to reach vip tier in September of 2020, you'll get to enjoy the benefits of your tier for the rest of that year and all of 2021. During 2021, you'll have to earn enough points to re-qualify for your vip tier. If you do not, your tier will be recalculated based on the points you have earned.
4.What Are The Different Levels Of The Program And What Do They Mean?

1.How Do I Earn Points?
You earn points for every $1 you spend at redragonshop .com (shipping fees and taxes not included). You must be signed into your account to earn points for your purchase. There are 3 levels in Redragon rewards program and as you reach to a higher level, you earn points faster.
2.How Do I Know My Point Balance?
The point balance can be viewed when you login to your account.
3.Do My Points Expire?
Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 180 days (i.e. no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will return to zero. Make sure you spend and earn points within 180 days to retain your balance.
4.Can I Earn Points For Purchases Made In Redragonshop Store On eBay Or Amazon?
Sorry, you can only earn points for purchases made at redragonshop.com.
5. Do all purchases count for points?
Any purchase made in a Redragonshop.com counts for points（include the gift card）. The points total equals the amount spent after promotional offers, but before taxes and shipping charges are applied.
6. How do I add my birthday to my account to receive my birthday offer?
Sign in to your Redragon Member account---Click on the "rewards" icon at the bottom left---Select "ways to earn"---Click on "celebrate a birthday".
7. Do I earn points when purchasing a gift card?
No, purchasing a gift card does not earn you points. However, you can earn points when using the gift card as a payment method during a transaction.
1.How Do I Redeem My Points?
To redeem points, sign into your account, click on #Rewards in the left bottom. Redeem points by clicking on "Ways to Redeem" and redeem for the reward you want.
2.Do Rewards Expire? Is There Any Condition For Me To Use Them?
Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 6 months after being issued they can only be used once. Click on #Rewards in the left bottom, see if there is a condition for your available rewards by clicking "Your rewards".
3. What is the monthly limit for point redemption per user?
Each user is limited to redeeming a maximum of 5000 points per calendar month. Exceeding this limit will result in the redemption request being denied.
4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
No, once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before confirming the redemption. Contact Redragon Customer Service at surpport@redragonshop.com within 7 days if the products arrive damaged.
