I'm giving it a 3 because when it works. It works really well. I use it as my daily keyboard for my office work. I put in about 8 hours every day on it Monday-Friday.
Just recently I'm running into an issue where the keys will not type, or they will get stuck. This is in the 2.4Ghz mode. Same issues arise while being connected via USB as well. So, it's not a connection type issue. Its a keyboard issue. I cleaned out my keyboard just this weekend. Took off key caps and key tiles underneath. Ran it under some compressed air. Still same issue. I would send a video in, but the problem is inconsistently consistent. I bought the product back in AUG 2024 with a mouse that is having a similar issue. (Major response lag to movement)

Amazing value

The eisa keyboard is a great keyboard, only issue is that its not a normal white but a slight tan hue, but if you are just looking for a keyboard, go with this one.

Amazing keyboard for productivity and gaming

Keys are fantastic to press, easy to type and game. Solid connection on both bluetooth and 2.4 channel.

Perfect

Really can’t say anything bad about this keyboard. The sound and feel of the typing is perfect, not too loud. The volume dial works great and has been really nice to have while gaming. Wireless and wired options work well, holds charge. The colors are pretty and I like that I can switch the keys out later if I decide to change my color scheme. RGB is pretty simple to change. Perfect size, I like having the numbers pad, but it’s smaller than a truly full size keyboard which is great for my small space. Everything’s great. Love it.
