Great Keyboard

Great board. Great clicks. Came in quickly and very easy to set-up. Simple use, and long battery life as well. 100% recommendation.

Good keyboard with good customer service

I used it for almost 1 year and decided to change the switches on the keyboard to the TTC
Silent Bluish White (V2) Silent Tactile Switch to make it a completely silent experience. However, it did not go well after the hot-swap because 2 keys became nonresponsive and no matter what I did, it never responded. So I opened up the keyboard and found the PCB board had some problem and contacted Customer Service. They responded quickly by sending over a replacement keyboard without any charge and it was very quick and helpful. Now after I changed the switches on the replacement keyboard and it work 100% all keys and it is the best experience I have ever tried for this combination.

First mechanical keyboard, really like the color and the sound of keys. im looking forward to start a collection of redragon, i would recommend Garen k656 pro.

Pretty good keyboard

For the most part I haven't had issues. Occasionally the alt button will stop working and the keyboard seems to think the alt button is the windows start button. When this happens I open the keyboard software and import profile and that fixes it

My kind of keyboard!

I may have snagged this one because my color is blue, :) but it is a great key board. It has one small flaw-when I am heading somewhere-holding down W-for instance, for several minutes, the key disconnects and I need to press again to continue. If I happen to be running from a big baddie at that time-well I am screwed-but other than that-I totally love the features. I have it connected to two devices at the same time-one via BT and one with the dongle. I can quickly switch between them and it is awesome!!!
