Flickering lights makes it unnusable

I really wanted to like this keyboard. It's nice, the keys are great, it has all the features you might want, including HE keys and 8k pooling rate, unfortunately as other have mention, the flickering is unbearable. Redragon sent me a replacement keyboard but it kept doing the same thing, no change.

It's a good keyboard but the lighting has issues

it's a good keyboard and definitely worth the price until the lighting messes up. The lighting messing up, flickering, turning off and on seems to be a common thing for their magnetic hall effect keyboards as I bought a different one as well and was given the same issue. Besides that it works great but I can't recommend it in good faith when the lighting ever hardly works for more than a month at max. This issue really needs to be addressed with these keyboards

Lights flicker like crazy (was sent replacement edited review)

EDIT: I contacted support. I was promptly sent a replacement. The new keyboard works fine. Support was quick to reply and address my complaints.I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. I love the keyboard I only wish that Redragons QC had caught the problem in the first place.

Original Review: I like the actual keyboard but the lights go crazy. very distracting and disappointing. I have to shut lights off. Lesson learned to look at reviews from now on.

RGB lighting issue

I received a replacement from the support team, and I really appreciate them sending me a new keyboard. However, unfortunately, the replacement keyboard has the same RGB lighting issue. The lights still flicker constantly and behave incorrectly, just like on the original keyboard.

Either crazy light show or dim lights

Connected it to the computer and immediately the lights start flickering like crazy. I changed it to a solid color pattern - very dim lights, really only usable in a dark room. And after less than an hour the lights went crazy again. Absolutely useless keyboard, save your money!
